Do you offer a control panel?
All of our web hosting services include access to the DirectAdmin control panel.
Through this control panel, you can manage all aspects of your website, such as email
accounts, forwards, FTP accounts, and mySQL databases.
Why do you not offer cPanel?
Historically, we've had much more success with the Canadian-made DirectAdmin. Rest assured,
it contains many of the features you've come to expect from a self-service
control panel.
Are there any contracts?
Although you can sign up for longer terms to receive a small discount, you're free to signup
for a month-to-month commitment.
Do you offer an auto-installer?
We have a custom built auto-installer for WordPress™ — but any other software
needs to be installed by hand. We enjoy tidy systems, and have found that auto-installers
generate a lot of cruft, leaving people prone to vulnerabilities. We're happy to assist
with the occasional install though, so reach out!
