Setting up your Mediadrive email is easy! Follow these steps to get your email working on any device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use these settings for any email client that asks or allows for manual configuration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your email is sarah@mybusiness.ca<\/strong>, use mail.mybusiness.ca<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
TLS (Transport Layer Security):<\/strong> Modern, secure encryption – use this when available<\/li>\n\n\n\n
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer):<\/strong> Older but still secure – use if TLS isn’t available<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Note:<\/strong> Encryption is required for all Mediadrive email connections. If you’re having connection issues, try switching between TLS and SSL, but never disable encryption entirely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Common Port Alternatives<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
If the standard ports don’t work, try these:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
